Lucy offers a 40-minute Support Session for women who are pregnant or postpartum and struggling with Pelvic Girdle Pain (Symphysis Pubis Dysfunction).  This Support Session can be carried out over the phone or online using zoom or skype.

It is a really helpful and practical session for women facing a diagnosis or feeling in crisis about their PGP symptoms. During the session,  Lucy will ask about your particular experience of PGP and guide you to formulate a plan for managing your symptoms.

I had a one to one session with Lucy having suffered with PGP in pregnancy and recurring postnatally. It was so convenient to do it by Zoom. We had a really great chat about how hard things are with PGP and a little baby. We managed to identify things I could do to enable my recovery. It was so helpful to have this advice for my specific circumstances. The tweaks to my day to day life have made a big difference in managing stress and getting rest. She is full of wisdom which has really helped me on my journey. Thanks Lucy!
I contacted Lucy after finding her profile on Instagram and seeing her offer of online sessions. I am currently pregnant with my 4th child, my 4th time round of PGP. Each more debilitating than the last. To speak to someone who completely understood the difficulties and complexities of this condition felt such a relief. Ten years ago when I had my first child there was no support anywhere, nothing. I felt so alone and isolated and confused about why I was suffering so much when other pregnant women around me were not. Speaking to Lucy enabled me to feel truly heard and understood - which in itself is invaluable. It also gave me a much-needed reminder of the importance of the mind/body connection and how it affects living with this problem. PGP is treatable but rarely ‘fixable’ and therefore being compassionate to oneself and setting and maintaining boundaries is absolutely crucial to getting through it. The power this can have over your mental and physical well-being cannot be underestimated. I would urge any woman suffering with PGP to reach out to Lucy and to not struggle alone.
